The Royal Railway – Utopia Station will be opening to passengers this summer, offering a one-way ticket to culinary paradise. Cruise passengers will begin their evening on the station platform, enjoying pre-dinner cocktails before the conductor announces “All aboard!”, and the train journey begins.
Two Very Different Dining Experiences
Guests will step onboard the two old fashioned train cars- reminiscent of the beautiful Orient Express- and take their seats in the dining car. Royal Caribbean has hinted at 2 very different dining experiences in the works; one in the Wild West at the turn of the century that is geared toward families, while the other explores the Silk Road in Asia- a wonderful option for adults or a romantic date night. As food is brought to the tables, the LED screens in the windows and actors on the train will add to the completely immersive experience. Royal is toying with other concepts including a wine-tasting in Napa, and a hot chocolate train to the North Pole!
