One of the most exclusive and elevated dining experiences in the Royal Caribbean fleet is Chef’s Table. This intimate dinner brings together a small group of passengers that share one common interest – gourmet food. Led by the head chef onboard, you will be taken on an epicurean journey of flavor.

Menu highlights include scallop carpaccio with a yuzu vinaigrette, roasted branzino with grilled vegetables and lemon confit, and a signature dessert called “The World”- a blend of peanut butter, chocolate, and salted caramel flavors. Each dish is served with a sommelier-selected glass of white or red wine.
