Chills
There are 5 onboard pool and 8 hot tubs, and on land you will get to experience the Caribbean’s largest freshwater pool. There are 7 beaches on CocoCay, including the relaxing new Hideaway Beach, the new, adults-only section of the island.
Thrills
Onboard you can get your adrenaline pumping with the largest dry slide at sea- The Ultimate Abyss. There are 3 waterslides, a zipline will send you flying over the Boardwalk, and the FlowRider surf simulator is a great place to catch some onboard waves.
On the island the Thrill Water Park offers 14 slides, including the tallest waterslide in North America! There is a zipline that is 1600 feet in length- a fun activity for the adventurous soul- or enjoy a relaxing 450 foot helium balloon ride on the famous CocoCay balloon.
Bigger Ways to Party
Bars & Lounges
Onboard Utopia guests can enjoy an incredible 20+ bars and lounges, so there is always a space to relax and enjoy a delicious drink with friends. Likewise, CocoCay offers 18 bars throughout the island. You won’t have to go far to enjoy lounging on the beach with a tropical drink in hand.
Music & Dancing
There are 5 different spaces on the ship where guests can listen to live music, from the rock bands in the music hall, to the piano player at the Schooner Bar. And if you love a bit of dancing, Utopia offers 6 venues for dancing the night away. Between the ship at CocoCay there are 11 DJs that will keep the party going all weekend long.
Entertainment
Utopia is giving guests 4 incredible shows between the ice skating, AquaTheater Show, and Royal Theater productions. For a bit of risk, there are 2 casinos onboard, and Playmakers Sports Bar has a whopping 68 tv screens so you won’t miss the big weekend game.

Guests can enjoy 20+ dining options onboard Utopia. Between the specialty dining at venues like Izumi, Mason Jar, and Chops, and the complimentary options at Windjammer, Solarium Bistro, Park Cafe, Sprinkles Soft Serve, and more, you won’t have to walk far to grab a delicious bite to eat.
Royal has also introduced The Royal Railroad – Utopia Station, an all-new, immersive specialty dining experience where guests will step onto a train and take a culinary journey across the western U.S.
On the Island
CocoCay offers 5 different dining spaces on the island. You can enjoy delicious slices of pizza, hot dogs, burgers, shrimp, and so much more during your time onshore.
