Regent Seven Seas has announced a brand new Mediterranean-style restaurant, debuting on their upcoming luxury vessel: Seven Seas Prestige. Azure is designed by the visionary team at Studio DADO, and celebrates the Med by blending the rich culinary and cultural influences of Morocco, Spain, Italy, Greece, Israel, and Lebanon.
Yohandel Ruiz, founding parter at Studio DADO said in a statement about the new restaurant: “We wanted to capture a journey to the Levant, with its rich legacy of craftsmanship, ornamentation and the colors of the Mediterranean. It feels exotic but also comfortable and welcoming at the same time.”
Thoughtfully Designed
The space is thoughtfully designed, featuring mosaics and modern arabasque patterns, paired with rustic pottery. Each element pays homage to traditional craftsmanship, while still maintaining a contemporary appeal to guests. A chandelier inspired by olive trees is the centerpiece of the room, and each nook is adorned with clay pots artfully arranged with dried flowers.
Azure promises more than just a meal; it offers an immersive sensory experience where design and cuisine intertwine to tell a story of sun-soaked landscapes, rich traditions, and a shared passion for exceptional flavors.
